This 23,000 square foot commercial renovation includes three new tenant spaces for a custom vehicle design and repair facility, custom vehicle wrap shop, and a wholesale parts storage facility.
Working closely with a great client, our local engineering team, and the owners general contractor; we determined the best possible configuration to accommodate the existing conditions and the tenants requirements. One of those tenant needs, was fitting a full size tour bus inside.
